Camera and Scanned Documents
- PDF Quick Scanner uses your device's camera to scan physical documents, ID cards, passports, and QR codes.
- All scanning, image processing, and document creation is performed entirely on your device.
- We do not upload, transmit, or store your scanned documents on any external servers.
- Scanned documents are saved locally within the app or exported to your device's Files app or photo library with your permission.
Photos and Media
- The App allows you to import existing photos from your device's photo library to convert them into scanned documents.

OCR Text Extraction
- The App can extract text from scanned documents using on-device Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
- All text extraction and processing happens entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework.
- Extracted text is stored locally alongside your scanned documents and is not transmitted to any external servers.
AI-Powered Summaries
- The App offers AI-powered document summarization as a premium feature.
- Document summaries are generated on your device using on-device processing.
- Summaries are stored locally alongside your scanned documents.
- We do not transmit your document content or summaries to any external servers.
E-Signatures
- The App allows you to draw and apply digital signatures to your scanned documents.
- Signatures are created and stored entirely on your device.
- We do not collect, transmit, or store your signature data on any external servers.
QR Code Scanning
- The App can scan and decode QR codes and barcodes using your device's camera.
- Decoded content is displayed to you on your device and is not transmitted to any external servers.
Document Storage
- All scanned documents, extracted text, AI summaries, and conversion history are stored locally on your device.
- This data is not transmitted to any external servers.
App Preferences
Your app settings (such as dark mode preference and other display preferences) are stored locally on your device.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App offers optional premium subscriptions (weekly and yearly) through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID credentials.
Third-Party Services
PDF Quick Scanner does not use any third-party analytics tools or tracking services. The app may display advertisements through Google AdMob for free users. AdMob may collect certain device information as described in Google's Privacy Policy. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.
Children's Privacy
PDF Quick Scanner does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The app is a general utility tool that does not require any personal information to function.
Your Rights and Choices

- Uninstalling the app removes all associated data from your device.
